Sustainability Workshop - Early Childhood

Attention all pre-schools and young children groups.

These two-hour skill-building workshops, delivered by experienced educators & dieticians are designed to give kids fun, hands-on exposure to food, nutrition & sustainability. With engaging, educational, real-world activities, kids enjoy learning whist developing healthy habits for life.

Kids learn how to plant seeds to grow their own herbs and vegetables, take part in healthy cooking demonstrations and tastings, and leave with four healthy recipes to try at home.

Depending on the child's needs and maturity, will determine the need for presence of parental/teacher supervision, otherwise, we have enough trained educators present to supervise.
